Piano Gallery will ship your piano within 1-3 business days of your order. Our shipments are sent via LTL (less than truckload) carriers. The carrier will contact you to schedule your delivery.
Deliveries covered under our “Free Shipping” program are made to the front door or garage located on a first floor with no steps. “Free Shipping” is only available in the lower 48 contiguous states. For residents outside this area, please call or chat with us for a customized quote for shipping.
