You also do not have to worry about assembly as we include professional written instructions as well as a professional assembly video tutorial created by Piano Gallery. We take the worry out of the entire process.

Piano Gallery will ship your piano within 1-3 business days of your order. Our shipments are sent via LTL (less than truckload) carriers.  The carrier will contact you to schedule your delivery. 

Deliveries covered under our “Free Shipping” program are made to the front door or garage located on a first floor with no steps. “Free Shipping” is only available in the lower 48 contiguous states. For residents outside this area, please call or chat with us for a customized quote for shipping. 

We also can accommodate deliveries requiring stairs, freight elevators, or any other special circumstances, please chat with us prior to making your purchase as additional fees will apply. 

In-home delivery options are also available. In-home delivery includes putting the piano in the home, in the room you desire (ground floor), and the pallet hauled away.  In-home delivery does not include assembly of your piano.
